1. Definitions
- JobButler A.I.: the provider of the application and related services
- User: any person who uses the JobButler AI app or website
- Services: all functionalities offered through the JobButler AI app
2. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all use of JobButler A.I. services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
3. Use of services
As a user, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 16 years old
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You use the services only for legitimate job application purposes
- You do not abuse the services or other users
- You respect intellectual property rights
4. AI-generated content
JobButler AI uses artificial intelligence to generate CV texts, cover letters and other content. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated content. The user is responsible for reviewing and using this content.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to the app, website and content of JobButler A.I. belong to JobButler A.I. The content you create (CV, cover letters) remains your property.
6. Liability
JobButler A.I. is not liable for:
- Not finding employment through our app
- Employer decisions regarding your application
- Errors in AI-generated content
- Damage from technical malfunctions
- Indirect or consequential damages
7. Availability
We strive for maximum availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
8. Payment (Premium)
The basic features of JobButler AI are free. Premium features are available through a subscription. Payment terms are presented at purchase. You can cancel at any time via the app settings.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via the app settings. JobButler A.I. reserves the right to terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court.
